Craig spent the weekend in Moab with 3 other guys (Davy, Nate and Ray) on an adventure race. They had to run, bike, Kayak for 50 miles combined and rapel down a 270 foot red rock. They were given a map the night before and had to navigate themselves through the race using only the map and coordinates. The winning team finished in 5 hours, Team Mesha took 9 hours.
They said the hardest part was the 2 1/2 hours of rowing in a kayak. A few scrapes and bruises here and there, but no regrets!
What an adventure..
