Homecoming is approaching in a few weeks and Mitch and his buddies are getting dates. This will be his first official date. He asked his date by putting lots and lots of puzzle pieces and candy on her doorstep with a few pieces from a smaller puzzle revealing his name mixed in. And now the waiting begins... the anticipation of the answer, YES or NO, which will it be? Mitch and his friends are all new drivers and have the restrictions of no friends in the car so the four of them got together to go do the asking. Each of them driving their own car to each of the girls' houses. Nothing inconspicuous about it. Four cars, four teenage boys hiding and knocking on unsuspecting girls' doors leaving surprises behind.

First Date if that is what you can call it. We gave Mitch two tickets to the Def Lepperd, Poison and Cheap trick concert. Sounds great you are thinking.. the downfall is he had to go with his parents and their friends. Can you say 'Awkward'! It was actually fine and they were good sports. Mike taught them a few new dance moves and Stephanie showed them how to make new friends with those around you. It was great.

Ya he just turned sixteen and it was Angie's first concert ever too. So funny! It was a lot of fun. I was nice and didn't put the video of you dancing with your new friends on the blog. That cracks me up!!
